SOCIET Y 5 English-Speaking Union Luncheon December 28 The luncheon to be given by the English-Speaking Union in honor of the Right Hon. Arthur J. Balfour and the other British delegates to the conference will be an occasion of Ereat interest on Wednesday, Decem- ber 28, at the New Willard Hotel. The officers of the Washington branch of the English-Speaking Union are: Frederic A. Delano, president; vice presidents, Admiral Charles H. Stock- ton, Mr. James M. Beck, the Right Rev. Alfred Harding, D.D.; Rev. Charles Wood, Mr. Lynch Luquer, honorary secretary, and Miss Natalie Magruder, secretary and treasurer. At the luncheon Mr. Delano will preside and Lord Lee of Fareham and Mr. David Jayne Hill will speak. Among_those at the speaker's table besides the officers will be the Right Hon. Arthur J.
