Two hundred and seven yenta ago the first | colony of Germans was founded in this country | at Germantown, and today the Germans all over the country are celebrating the day as one | of more than ordinary interest to them, As detailed in Tux Star, elaborate preparations have been made in this city for the celebration of German day, as the anniversary bas come to be called.
