TELLER SACOTS HNGELF DEAD IN BROADWAY BAN Public National Man’s Ac- counts Said to Be in Order by Officials, J. William Brehm, receiving teller of the Public National Bank of New York, No. 1123 Broadway, shot him- self in the right temple this morning in the basement of the bank. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital where he died an hour later. Up to three months ago, when he married, Brehm, who was thirty-six years old, lived with his father, George H. Brehm, at No. 68 Bur- echani Avenue, East Orange, Then he moved to Montclair. Mrs. Brehm was informed of the death of her husband by bank offi- cials and started at once for New York. At the home where she board- ed with her husband no reason could be assigned for Brehm's act. home this morning in good spirits At the boardingfi house it wns also stated he suffered severe headaches at times. Brehm had been with the bank for three and a half years. Previously he was employed by the International Bank at No. 17 Battery Place.
