On motion of United States District At- torney Woodworth yesterday George Kove, charged with burglarizing the post- office at Montpelier in Stanislaus County, 'was released on his own recognizance, the postoffice inspector being of the opinion that he did not take any part in that crime. Kove and Rehfield were arrested several weeks ago in Auburn on a charge of vagrancy, and on Rehfield's person were found the key of the Montpeller dence.
