Ras- "kob of the committee, I8 to be perpetuated in a foundation for the relief an assist- ance of mneedy children. Young Raskob was killed in an automobile accident last July. The elder Mr. Raskob announced last night that the “Bill” Raskob foundation, a charter for which was granted today by the Delaware state department, will have $1,000,000 to spend as a memorial to the gener- ous nature of his sen. Mr. Raskob and his wife, Helena Springer Raskob, were the incor- porators, Headquarters will be maintained in Wilmington, Del,, the Raskob home. Died at 30 “Bill was only 20 when he died,” his father said, “but he had devel- oped traits of character which made him very lovable. ‘He had a very big heart.
