Mr. Price was born in Chester, England, but came to this country and engaged in the practice of his profession in St. Paul, Minn., where he was for some time assistant city attorney under Hon. D. W. Law- C. W. ROBINSON. ler. Seven years ago he came to Grand Rapids and opened a law office, and bas had a large practice from the start. He was village attorney of Grand Rapids three terms, and is now serving his third term as village attor- ney of Deer River. He was in part- nership with J. N. True in the prac- tice of law from February, 1895, until the latter part of 1896, but since then he has been alone.
