He declared relations be- tween nations must be conducted on the same plane as those between' individuals. Threat to Civilization Seen. “Today a revolution is in progress throughout the world with dark forces on the attack,” he continued. “If these forces win, it means a blackout of Christian civilization.” Mr. Casey said Australia is send- ing most of her export surplus of food stuffs and supplies to the allies and added that Australia also has a well-developed munitions indus- try of her own.
