FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT is in New York today where she went for the annual commencement exercises of the Todhunter School of which she is an associate prin- eipal. Mrs. Roosevelt introduced Hendrik Willem Van Loon, author, who addressed the graduates. Miss Marion Dickerman, principal, presided at the exercises which took place at 11 o'clock. The President’s wife will be “off the record” from this evening until Tuesday, when she wiil be present at the dinner of the woman's division of the State Democratic Committee of New York. Mrs. Roosevelt will return to Washington Thursday for a few hours’ stay before going to North Carolina to visit a homestead project in that State The Secretary of War and Mrs. Harry H. Woodring are the | guests in whose honor Mr. and Mrs. Walter R. Tuckerman will entertain informally at dinner this evening at their estate, Tuxedan, st Edgemoor, Md. The Uruguay Minister, Mr. J.
