Most of the swings late in the ses- sion were fractional, although a num- ber of normally less active stocks veered rather sharply. BY the Associated Press. NEW YORK, March 25—Union Carbide & Carbon Corp. in annual report for 1936 showed net income of $36,852,208, equal to $4.09 a share of capital stock. This compared with $27,254,249, or $3.02 a share, in 1935, The company profits in 1929 were $35,427,025. International Mining. International Mining Corp. reported net asset value of $9,657,124 as of De- cember 31, or approximately $17.31 a share of common stock. Company was organized in October, 1936, taking over assets of corporation bearing same name organized in 1929. Net earn- ings for 1936 were $483,679, including $136,142 profit from investment trans- actions, Lehigh Valley.
