N, retired, one of the two men died last night in the United States | Naval Hospital after & long illness. | He was 72. A distinguished dentist in private | practice for many years, Comdr. | Bryani became associated in 1912 with Lieut. Comdr. William M. Cogan, U. 8. N., retired, and the two of them established the naval dental clinic, which now has a staff of 180 men and serves sailors and officers through- out the Nation. Lieut. Comdr. Cogan | is now dean of the Georgetown Uni- versity Dental School. Born at Kalamazoo. Comdr. Bryant was born in Kala- mazoo, . Mich., and prepared for his career in Baltimore, Md., where he was graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1886. He subsequently entered private prac- tice in Denver, Colo.
