White, 69, head of the tool shop of the Navy Yard for 30 years, were held here yesterday morning at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Interment was in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Born near Westernport, Md., Mr. ‘White went to Washington at an early age, living there all his life until several years ago, when he moved to this com- munity. He was retired from the Navy Yard in 1928. His death oc- cured Sunday at Georgetown Unis versity Hospital following a heart at- tack the previous day.
