CHICAGO, July 11.—A fact-finding commission of the Farmers' National Grain Dealers Association today aligned itself against limitations of production and pegging prices of agri- cultural commodities. The committee’s stand was disclosed in a report on a series of hearings at which bankers, farmers, economists, commission traders and other leaders in the grain production and sales field expressed their opinions. It was an- nounced by Chairman Homer B. Grommon, Plainfield, Ill, farmer and president of the Illinois Farmers’ Grain Dealers Association.
