CONVICT-STUDENT GETS NEW TERM IN PRISON Plea for Mercy Fails After Arrest During Which He Shot at Officer. DENVER, April 18 ° (#)—George Donald Dillon, 28, former college student-convict who attempted to shoot his way out of arrest on a burglary charge in Greeley, Colo., last month, was sentenced to, 4 to 6 years' imprisonment yesterday despite a plea for mercy.
