Parker, 78, an attorney here for 40 years, died late yesterday at his home in the Northumberland Apartments, after a long illness. Born in Carlisle, Pa., July 20, 1854, Mr. Parker attended Dickinson Coll in Carlisle, graduating in 1874. Short! afterward he ':15 admitted to the bar and began practice. He came to Washington in 1893, and in 1903 married Miss Sallle Miller of Kentucky. His law offices were in the Washington Loan & Trust Co. build- ing. Besldes his widow, he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mary Parker McKeehan of Pennsylvania.
