Bpecial Dispatch to The Star. ‘WINCHESTER, Va., February 15— Funeral services were held yesterday for Mrs. Euphrasia Ellen Brumback, 177, widow of Dr. Isaac M. Brumback, who died on the farm near Fawcett Gap, Va., where she was born and spent virtually her entire life. She was a member of Mount Zion United Brethren Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. C. K. Wright, Opequon, Va., and Mrs. W. W. Johnson, Front Royal, Va.; one son, Harmon M. Brumback of near Winchester; two brothers, Charles F. Funkhouser, Frederick County, and Newton F. Funkhouser, Hagerstown, Md., and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Frey, Martinsburg, W. Va. and Mrs. Frank Bowman, Altavista, Va. Postmistress Dies. LYNCHBURG, Va., February 15 (Special) —Miss Ladye Perrow, 55, istress at Reusens, a Lynchburg substation, died at her home, in Reu- sens, Saturday evening of penumonia. She was a native of Amherst County.
