By the Associated Pros: PARIS, November 28.—The riot that broke up the meeting of an interna- tional disarmament organization here | last night was attributed to “a handful | cf irresponsible persons” by Mile. Louise Weiss, organizer of the meeting, today. French and foreign speakers, includ- ing former Ambassador Alson B. Weiss :aid Mr. Houghton and other foreigners were “convinced that| this was not a true testimony of French opinion.” French newspaers, in commenting on the disturbance, indicated that pa- triztie groups of young men had looked upon the meeting as an indirect criti- cism of France for her policy of ‘“se- curity.” A dry goods store in Plymouth, Eng- land, has received from the United States a $5 bill, which the sender said was to pay for goods he took from the store a few years ago. 7-Diamond Insured Ring This ring is easy to own— and easy to feel proud of!
