BALTIMORE, Md., September 26.— The General Aviation Manufacturing Corp., controlled by the General Motors ., has taken over the $1,000,000 air- craft plant of the Curtiss-Caproni Corp., and is centering in Baltimore all its airplane manufacturing activities. The three plants which are being transferred to Baltimore are located in Passaic and flnhruul:k Heights, N.
