Special Dispatch to Thé Star. ALEXANDRIA, Va, October 24— That William Thomas Fealy, 24-years old George Washington University medical student, of 236 Kentucky aves nue southeast, Washington, D. C., whose crushed body was found on a small trestle on the electric rallway here ab an early hour Monday morning, was killed by a street car which left this city about one-half hour before his body was found, will be the substance of a report to be made to Police Capt. W. W. Campbell by Detective Sergt, Edgar Sims of the local force today. Dissatistaction Expressed. Sims was assigned to the case yes- terday when Capt. Campbell expressed dissatisfaction with previous evidence in the case and ordered a reinvestiga- tion into the cause of the youth’s death. Slight blood stains and a few hairs were found by Sims yesterday on one of the trucks of the train driven by Motorman Johnson, which passed over the trestle ;bou:l 32 minutes before the body was ound. Blood stains are $o be found on the rails at the scene of the accident, according to the report Sims will make, and hair is to be found on the tracks for some length in front of where the body was found. The-only explanation to be made of the 25-cent piece on the back of the dead youth's according to Sims, is that he had that sum in his hand to pay his fare on the | train when he was struck. Girl Out of Town. | The girl in Rosemont who Fealy had been visiting prior to his death is out of town and the time he left her not be established yesterday, but was sald in a previous mvesfinuon to idnight. The train otorman was the for Washington atter that time and the explanation is made that | Pealy walked along the tracks toward Temple Station, near where the acel~ dent occurred, while walting for the train. This repon of Sims is expected WILBUR LEAVE EXTENDED | Secretary of Interior Continued as Stanford University President.
