KOENIGSBERG, Germany, Septem- ber 13 (#)—A Japanese scientist, Prof. Arima of Osaka, yesterday told the Congress of Physicists here that he had developed an anti-tuberculosis serum which often effected a cure with one injection. He said it was non-poisonous, easily administered and had been used with great success in Japan, which has a climate unfavorable to tuberculosis patients.
