Schloss, director of the Glen Echo Amusement Park, will be the host today at the annual outing and fleld day exercises of the Washington Rail- way & Electric Relief Association, which is holding the outing at Glen Echo. In addition to the park amusements, there will be such games as racing and husband calling. There will be dancing, and several prizes will be awarded for the best photographs of the outing and for the oremn guessing nearest the number of beans in a jar.
