By the Associated Press MIAMI, Fla, March 26.—Names of nine of the original 24 social elite of Miami's Winter colony were withdrawn last night from a $10,000 damage suit filed by Irene Bordoni, stage star, and seven other plaintifis who sought re- muneration for services in connection with a society circus here March 7 and 8. Nine names were withdrawn from the suit yesterday, according to William J. Dunn, plaintiff's attorney, who filed a praecipe in Circuit Court to strike the names from the list.
