Redding addressed the National Exchange Club at the Oarl- ton Hotel Wednesday on the “Modern Methods Used in the Correction of Visual Defects.” In his talk Dr. Redding scored the method by which teachers are allowed to_examine the eyes of the pupils in public schools.
