SIX OF 23 ARE HELD GUILTY INDRY TRIAL 13 Acquitted of Conspiracy Charge, Including Former U. S. Agents. By the Associated Press. BUFFALO, N. Y, May 16.—Of 23 defendants in the Iilinois alcohol case | accused of conspiracy to violate the Federal prohibition law, six were found gullty yesterday afternoon by a Federal | Court jury. Thirteen were acquitted | and on four others the jury was unable to agree. will be imposed May 25. Sentence on those convicted Neither of the former prohibition officials and none of the former prohibi- tion agents were found guilty.
