McKnew of the Southern Securities Corporation to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers' Benefit Association, it was announced today. The consider- ation in the transaction was reported to be approximately $300,000. The labor organization will use the major portion of the structure as the national headquarters of its interna- tional union and as the home office of the Union Co-operative Insurance A clation, a labor insurance company formed by members of the Electrical Workers' Union, which was incorpo- rated here about four years ago.
