Appropriation of $100,000 from funds in the Treasury Department to the credit of the Jicarilla tribe of Apache Indians, living in Northern New Mexico, for the extension of the live stock in- dustry on that reservation, is advocated by C. A. Gossett, agency superintendent, | whose report was made public today at the Interior Department. MAN FATALLY INJURED IN ACCIDENTAL FALL Mitchell Dawson Dies as the Result of Misstep on Apartment House Stairway. , Losing his footing while descending | the stairs from the second to the first | floor of 1329 Belmont street shortly after 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, Mitchell Dawson, 30 years old, of 45% M street, fell headlong to the foot of the stairs, landing on his head and sustaining a fracture of the skull.
