MEMBERS EXPELLED BY FRENCH CHAMBER| Convicted of Advocating Au- tonomy for Alsace. By the Assoclated Press. PARIS, November 9.—Dr. Eugene Ricklin and M. Rosse, Alsatian autono- mist Deputies, have been unseated. The Chamber of Deputies by a vote of 220 to 39 refused the men permission to oc- cupy the seats to which they were elected last May while in jail. About 200 members abstained from voting. After their election Dr. Ricklin and M. Rosse were tried for exoressing their belief in autonomy for Alsace by acts, words and writings. They were sen- tenced to five vears' imprisonment on the ground that their uttcrances en- dangered the security of the state.
