Elsewhere operations for the rise con- tinued in numerous high-priced spe- cialties, and practically all important price changes were on the side of ad- vance. American Gas and Electric sold into new high ground on reports of nego- tiations for control of utilities, power and light. Electtic Bond & Share moved forward almost 3 points and Blackstone Valley Gas & Electric was in demand, still discounting expected benefits to stockholders through forma- tion of a new Eastern utilitics as tion.
