At the left side above the green lace-trimmed cloth is a white linen cloth from France with a narrow hemstitched hem of white applied. The cloth has a band of purple and one of pink. Below the lacetrtmmed cloth is 2 natural-colored linen cloth with France, Ireland, Czechoslovakia and Belgium. Italy still supplies us wit! most alluring white embroidered linen sets, and of course some hostesses never like anvthing as well as this finely embroidered hand-woven linen. The shops are full of patterned cloths and napkins that the clever needlewoman can make herself. Such a set would prove a most attractive and valuable Christmas gift.
