The fnner mission committee of the Lutheran Alllance of the District of Columbia_has called Rev. J. Monroe Stick of Baltimore as the pastor. The office for the present will be located 20 Eleventh street. Rev. Mr. Stick is a native of Penn- sylvania and a graduate of Ursinus College and Seminary at Collegeville, Pa. He served as a missionary in Japan for seven years and was en- guged as an organizer for the Lay- men’s Missionary Movement in the United States and also the Men and Forward Religion Movement. For five years he had charge of the Maryland Tract Soclety and his work took him into hospitals, homes and kindred institutions all over the State.
