When the Masonic Temple became too small for the activities of the Masons here it was abandoned and the new temple, at Thirteenth and H street, was erected. The structure near Ninth and F streets then became a dance hall and was later leased by the furniture organization, being ex- tensively remodeled. DANE REFUSED BAIL. l Fight Promoter Under Three-Year Sentence Held in Jail, s Justice Hoehling of the District Supreme Court yesterday declined to admit to bail Frank Dane, who is under sentence of three years for aid- ing and baetting, prizefighting at the Arcade last January.
