By the Associated Press BUDAPEST, November The time has not yet arrived for a settle- ment of the question regarding the throne of Hungary, but it never will/| be wettled behind the backs of the people of the nation. This statement was made in Parlia- ment Wednesday night by Count Stefan Bethlen, the premier, in an- swering _an interpellation as to whether his government intended to allow friends of Archduke Albrecht to help Albrecht usurp the rights of Prince Otto, the 13-year-old £on of the late King Charles, to the throne, as as asserted they were on the point of doing recently by means of a putsch.” The Social Democrats and the Democratic bloc expressed much dis- satisfaction over the premier’s answer to the interpellation, but were out- voted.
