MORGAN DIES 1925. AFTER LONG ILLNESS Becretary to Attorney General Garland in Cleveland Admin- istration Succumbs. Daniel P. Morgan, private secretary to Attorney General Garland during President Cleveland's administration, and for many years a well known law- yer here, djed at the residence of his Malcolm W. Morgan, 3010 P erday, after an illness of . He was a native Wash- onian and was 63 years old. r. Morgan was graduated in law from Georgetown University and re- celved an M. A. degree. He was a member of the District bar and prac- ticed before both the District Supreme Court and the Bupreme Court of the United States. He retired from prac- tice several years ago. He had large real estate holdings in Washington. Mr. Morgan_{s survived by two sons, Malcolm W. and J. Harold Mor- gan, who conduct a drug store in Georgetown. He also leaves three grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the son’s residence tomorrow morning at 8:30 o'clock and thence to Holy Trlnily Catholic Church, where mass said at 9:16 o'clock.
