H. McClure, national president of the War Mothers, who was attending the sessions of the International Council of Women as the represents tive of her large group of patriotic women. The introductions were made by Maj. Gen. Willlam H. Hart, quartermaster general of Mrs. McClure delivered patriotic address In which she pledg: her organization for adequate pre- paredness and in favor of the cele- bration_of Defense day.
