Although she has appeared here a number of times on general programs, this will be her first formal recital in Washington Mary Howe (known in private life as Mrs Walter Bruce Howe, and a brilliant pianist of this city) will play a new two-plano composition by Mrs. Beach with the composer. Charles Wakefleld Cadman, writer of adaptations of American Indian | music, and the Indian meezo-soprano, | Princess Tsianina, will give the sec- { ond program March 21.
