CUMBERLAND, M4, January 15 (Special).—Sheppy, the dog that for ten years had made its home at the county jail at Hollidaysburg, above Bedford, is dead of a broken heart. He pined away for bis master, former Warden John B. Riddle. Riddle's term as warden expired January 1and he moved to his farm in Turkey val- ley. He was succeeded by William Reifsteck. The dog searched all over the jail for the former warden and cried piteously. It was thought he would get used to his new master, but he didn’t.
