This was due to a readjust- ment of the rather abnormal condi- tions which existed during the previ- ous week, at which time the markets became firm and active because it was feared the receipts would be delayed| by wevere storms in some of the heav- ler producing sections. The week opened with several posst- bilities. If the movement of butter} had been materially checked it was} reasonable to expect an increase in| the receipts making it probable that there would be only a limited demand, These factors keng the market nervous! Toward the cose af the week the sup- ply of finer grades of butter became jshort, causing moderate advances on top scores and a steadier tone on the lower grades. Offerings of cold storage butter were more Iberal and the supply of fancy fresh butter was light despite improvement in quality of many of the shipment, Reports of production, tndicate a | many of the trade. Apparently the only effect of the bad weather of the Previous week was a temporary delay |!n movement of the markets and this |was practicalty over by the close of] the week. Compared with a week ago, the wheat market this morning was lower, 314 to 854c a bushel, corn off 354 @3%, to 414c; oats 1% to 25gc and provisions 40c to $1.25. Sharpest price breaks in the wheat market accompanied by the heaviest selling were simultancous and such ample snow and rain in Kansas, Oklahoma end Teres as seemed to assure excellent growth conditions for the winter crop, notwithstanding that heretofore in the territory named the prolonged Iack of adequate moisture had gtven rise to predictions of #0 small a yield was to mean at least temporary serious curtaflment of the ‘world's breadstuff supply. Increased World shipments, although presum- sbly in anticipation of a shortage, were also a factor in weakening values. On the other hand, United States government figures on farm re- [nerve stocks of grain appeared to | have been discounted in advance, and| |S8o fafled to stimulate any great! amount of new buying. Subsequent- ly, however, gosstp that Russia was acquiring wheat, rye and oats on a large scale attracted notice, and help- ed somewhat to overcome the down- ward tendency of the wheat market here. TO THE PUBLIC: I havé been working on what is now the H. E. GRUDE CORPORA- TION for the past five years, and it has grown from a few small invest- ments to holdings now over $100,000.00, and when the issue of this stock is sold and the money invested in good investment properties the Company should have enough surplus over and above the 10 per cent dividend to reinvest from time to time and the Company continue to grow without any further financing. When this is accomplished the stock will be greatly increased in value. An investment now of $250.00 should be worth many times that amount in a few years. No salaries are paid to stockholders, no promotion stock and the Company has small office expense. I ask you to buy this stock. Why? Any company that can pay 10 per cent annual dividends, and its stock have the possibility of being worth many times its present price, is a wonderful buy for anybody.
