Turner, other- wise known as Nellie Mellin Hudson, on the ground that she had a husband living at the time of her second mar- riage. According to Turner's complaint his wife was first married to Frederick M. vember 3, 1902. Turner married her at that she had been divorced from Hud- son. They lived together in this city until November 28, 1905, when Mrs. Turner deserted her second husband and returned to the first, with whom she is now living, so Turner alleges. Suits for divorce were filed yesterday by Emily Bradford against W. A. Brad- ford on the ground of extreme cruelty, and by Nellie Claudeanos against John Claudeanos for fallure to provide. ik Bexn l m bRl ALEXANDER BRYAN TRUMAN REMEMBERS DOGS IN WILL “I desire that my dogs be given to any of my friends who love a dog for its own sake and not for its mere pecuniary value.” Alexander Bryan Truman, the well- known politician of this dity, who made this statement, significant of his love for his four-footed pets, one of the provisions of his will, which was filed for probate yesterday by His widow, Mrs. Catherine Josephine Truman. Truman left an estate valued at cohsiderably over $15,000, including real property and $3000 in cash in banks. Mrs. Truman is made residuary legatee, and the will contains several bequests for friends and relatives. Truman had of late been a special policeman in the banking district, and was well known among the men of the financial quarter.
