The men are working ‘on the per- manent illumination system on the City Hall and took exception to two non-union men working on the temporary illumina- tion system for the Knights of Pythias celebration. The two men were sent by the Independent Light and Power Com- pany and Chief Hewitt requested the cor. poration to withdraw them.
