IOWA WOMAN FOR CONGRESS Jowa has a' woman congressional candidate in Mrs. Hattie T. Harl. She is running as an independent, with the backing of the Labor party of Council Bluffs. Mrs. Harl is'a mem- ber of the Pottawattamie county bar, was active in war work and became especially well known because of her opposition to profiteering and denial of constitutional rights wunder the guise of patriotism.
