There’s not a- word of truth in it. The Old Gang has made itself a brand-new mask. That’s all. : - D ; s THERE HAVE BEEN NO PUBLIC MEETINGS. THERE WAS NO PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANY MEETING. The _ whole “organization” is a fraud, eonceived in secrecy and operating in secrecy. There have been a few secret back-room meetings of : professional politicians. - : i 3 3 There is only one REAL GOOD GOVERNMENT LEAGUE IN NORTH DAKOTA. Its name is THE FARMERS’ NONPAR- 5 TISAN POLITICAL LEAGUE. It works in broad’ daylight. - Its membership consists of FORTY THOUSAND of the best citizens of the state and as many more are its sympathizers, friends and supporters. It has indérsed candidates for state and legislative - .77 offices who are anxious to give the state of North Dakota GOOD GOVERNMENT-_better government than it has ever had in the . ¢~ past. The old gang newspapers . are not having any effect .upon the farmers around here. They used to be able to make the farm- ers believe most’ anything, but that is a - thing of the past. If any farmer is foolish enough to believe any thing they write, he isn’t any better than the old gang. The people of the state hay listened to the same old gang for wi L and if the farmers' don’t wake.up now, gue members will stand by their ticket fo a man.
