REAL ESTATE BULDING PERMITS REACH 11800 New Brentwood Housing Project Raises Week’s Total. Peatured by a permit for erection ot an $800,000 unit of the Brentwood Village Corp.'s housing development In Northeast Washington, construc- tion approved during the week by the office of Building Inspector John W Ochmann reached a valuation of $1,- | 189.139. The permit obtained by the Brent- | wood Corp. called for erection of 12| separate buildings of three stories each on Fourteenth street, Saratoga avenue and Brentwood road northeast. It is a portion of the development which last week the Federal Housing Administration announced it had ac- eepted for mortgage insurance. Apart- ments in the group will rent for amounts similar to those in Colonial Village in Virginia, and Falkland Properties in Maryland Raymond C.
