THE Postmaster General is expected to return to the Capital today from New York, where he spent the week end, and will leave tomorrow for Akron, Ohio, where he will attend a Democratic meeting. The Commercial Attache of the United States Embassy at Buenos Aires and Mrs. William E. Dunn, and their daughter, Eu- genia Dunn, and son, Paxton Dunn, have returned to their home on the Arlington Ridge from a two-week motor trip, which in- cluded a tour of the New England States, with a visit at Lake Winnepesaukee in the White Mountains, and a trip to Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal, Canada. Mr. Dunn, who was formerly assistant director of the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce, has recently been appointed to the Emba: at Argentina, and, with his family, will leave for his new post about October 1.
