Russell C. Tarvin, charged yesterday by police with assault with intent to kill John Costello at 1212 M street, is out on $2,000 bond today pending coirt action. Charles La Mar, charged with violation of the law governing the sale and loan of weapons, is under $500 bond, and Miss Ann Jordan is being held for investigation. The four | gave apartment numbers at the M | street address. Emergency Hospital attaches said Costello still was in a serious condition today.
