The Ambassador and Frau Dieckhoff will entertain at dinner tonight in the east foyer of the Waldorf-Astoria in New York for the German automobile racers, who competed in the Vanderbilt | Cup race yesterday at Roosevelt Raceway. The Chinese Ambassador, Dr. Chengting T. Wang, has returned from New York, where he spent several days. The Secretary of the German embassy, Herr Herbert Scholz, and the Secretary of the Hungarian legation, Baron Paul Schell, were guests over the week end and holiday of Mr. and Mrs. C.
