REORGANIZATION 10 GO T0 HOUSE First of Bills, Providing Pres- idential Assistants, to Be Reported Today. The first of four House bills to carry out the Government reorganization recommendations of President Roose- | velt was to be reported to the House | today by Representative Robinson of | Utah, chairman of the subcommittee on proposals for enlarging the White House secretariat. It carries the unan- imous support of the House Reorgani- zation Committee. Following closely the orovisions of the corresponding section of the omni- bus bill introduced last week in the Senate by Majority Leader Robinson of Arkansas, the House bill authorizes appoiniment of six administrative assistants by the President, withont regard to civil service laws, and to fix compensation at not to exceed $10,000 | each, These new assistants are to per- form such duties as the President may prescribe.
