Robert Jardillier, will be among the company of foreign radio authorities expected to attend a dinner party at the Shore- ham Hotel Wednesday night, for which Mr. Anning S. Prall, chairman of the Federal Communications Com- mission, will serve as host. The dinner is one of a series of events planned for the visitors by the National Broadcasting Co. which is celebrating its tenth anniversary and has invited the leading communi- cations executives of the world to attend the several functions. Mr. P. M. Russell, vice president of the host group, is making arrangements for entertainment of the visitors upon their arrival in Washington. Several of the men will be accompanied by their wives, and all will stay at the Shoreham Wednesday night, follow- ing their arrival early in the after- noon.
