VIENNA, November 4.—Chancellor Kurt von Schuschnigg last night re- organized the Austrian cabinet in a cleanup which was seen as apparently erasing the last Heimwehr (Fascist home guard) influence in the min- dstry. ‘Three Heimwehrmen, including Eduard Baar-Baarenfels, vice-chan- cellor and minister for security and the interior, were ousted, a foreign office spokesman announced, The two other Heimwehr ministers dropped were Dr. Ludwig Draxler, minister of finance, and Fritz Stock- inger, minister of trade and transport. ‘The other minister dropped was Hans Hammerstein-Equord, minister of jus- tice, the spokesman said. Five new ministers were named. These were: Field Marshal-Lieut. Ludwig Hael- gerth. vice-chancellor: Rudolf Neu- maier, finance; Dr. Wilhelm Taucher, commerce; Udo Neustaedter-Stuermer, security, and Dr. Atols Pilz, justice. In addition, Dr. Edmund Glaise- Horstenau, minister without portfolio in the old cabinet, became minister of interior. The chancellor handed in the resig- nation of the entire cabinet to Presi- dent Wilhelm Miklas, who reappointed Schuschnigg immediately and accepted his revised cabinet list. He, his co-pilot, the stewardess and passengers reached the mainland in a row boat. An au- tomobile ‘took them to Omaha, where they boarded another plane. Hubert Wade, a member of the State Conservation ‘Commission. ‘Those serjously injured were John E. Malott, 18 of Williamsport, a cousin of Sheriff Max Malott, and Elwood Mumma, 18, of Williamsport. Mum=- ma was unconscious after the crash and may have a fractured skull. The Malott youth has possible internal injuries. The others hurt were Paul M. Keefauver and Roy Gray, both of They suffered cuts and bruises. The Williamsport youths were rid- ing a truck loaded with bricks, with Malott driving. SOUTH BOSTON, Va., November 4 (#)~Louis Younger, colored, 18, was rushed under police guard from Hali- fax to the Danville jail last night, shortly before an angry mob gathered at the Halifax jail. The colored youth was held on charges of attacking a 5-year-old white girl in Halifax County yesterday. Feel- ing ran high throughout this section. O'Duffy, who has formed an Irish brigade to assist Gen. Franco’s insurgent army in Spain, has come out for a Fascist government in his own country. When he returns from Spain after the war he will try to organize a corporate state modeled on Italy’s system. The Irish Free State is neutral and Gen.
