Mrs. Adams, whose home was at 727 Massachusetts avenue northeast, was a native of Centerburg, Ohio, where she married Dr. Adams in 1900. She came with him to Washington in 1910 when he joined the Coast and Geodetic Survey. Dr. Adams was a lieutenant in the World War and also served in the Spanish-American War. Mrs. Adams was an active member of the Eastern Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Catherine A.
