SOCIETY. Norwegian Statesman A Guest Member Parliament at Legation Feted at Dinner. The president of the Norwegian Parliament, Mr. Carl Joachim Ham- bro, who has been a guest since yes- terday morning of the Minister of Norway and Mme. Munthe de Mor- genstierne, and who is on a lecture tour in this country under the aus- pices of the Scandinavian-American Foundation, left this morning for Chi- cago. He will return to ‘Washington later in the month.
