NEW YORK, August 8 —The pros- pect that the market would have to absorb a new issue of $100,000,000 in Jong-term Government bonds un- settied the Federal loans list today. Substantial losses were recorded in most Federal obligations. Most other sections of the market were quiet, with few important price changes. Among the industrial is- ' sues, Chile Copper 5s.
